A day in the life…
Collaborate with cross-functional peers and external partners to ensure product is aligned with development strategies and business needsDevelop clear, concise Tech Packs to include measurement worksheet and construction images to align with Design intent and Brand DNA
Lead fit sessions, and evaluate samples to ensure product specifications, quality and construction standards are being executed
Follow the sample through fit approvals in development and production to ensure intent is met
Communicate fit comments to suppliers to achieve desired corrections
Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline product development and production processes, escalating when leadership involvement is needed
You own this if you have…
Minimum of 4 year’s experience in Technical Design or related fieldA Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Apparel Design, Apparel Manufacturing, Pattern Making or related field or equivalent industry experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Clear, effective written and verbal communication
Strong interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
Washington: $80,000 - $132,000 This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
