Team Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview: We're currently seeking a bilingual Mortgage Business Development Specialist. This role involves forging strong relationships with key partners such as realtors, brokers, and realtor teams, thereby enhancing our company's growth prospects.

Manage all the marketing responsibilities specifically related to the Azares Team. Manage Top of Mind, Social Survey, social media, and marketing compliance. Focus on increase team leads through marketing as well as supporting team recruitment efforts.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Relationship Building: Proactively engage and build relationships with realtors, brokers, realtor teams, and other potential partners.
• Meeting Scheduling: Organize and schedule meetings with agents and other potential collaborators to discuss opportunities for mutual growth.
• Event Participation: Set up, attend, and participate in industry events, ensuring VIP Mortgage- Azares Team has a strong presence.
• Collateral Delivery: Drive to realtor offices to drop off collateral, ensuring our materials are readily available to potential clients.
• Open House Support: Provide and drop off open house collateral, aiding in the marketing and sales efforts of our collaborators.
• Team Support: Assist with any additional activities that would enhance the visibility and success of our company in the marketplace.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingualism: Proficiency in [specific language(s)] and English is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, showing initiative and drive.
• Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
• Knowledge of the mortgage industry is an advantage, though not a necessity.

• Dexterity of hands to operate a computer keyboard
• Reaching overhead above the shoulders and horizontally bending at the waist, climbing, kneeling, and stooping for installation of hardware and more
• Hearing and speaking to communicate and provide information to others.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
