This position will be responsible for coordinating content efforts, in alignment with other business stakeholders, to improve search results across all company selling systems – internally and externally. This will be done by optimizations and enhancements to core content within the electronic product catalog, including hierarchy modifications, and other elements of content that would require further enhancement. This role must maintain a wide variety of knowledge about Electronic Catalog systems and the interdependencies of the company content model.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Determine whether issues are operational or procedural, content, or IT system related in product search-related troubleshooting.
Ensure all aspects of the deployed catalog content are performing as expected, including the areas of search results and performance, vehicle and product information accuracy, and data integrity is being observed for optimal user experience.
Partner with internal teams to foster a collaborative effort with supplier partners.
Coordinate with the larger Electronic Catalog Systems team on content support to improve how products are offered for sale across all selling channels.
Coordinate support among the Electronic Catalog Systems team to ensure catalog content is supporting search in the methods as expected by business stakeholders.
Coordinate with other internal stakeholders that monitor various channels for feedback and use the information pertaining to search results to help determine key initiatives for future product display enhancements.
Actively work with all necessary technical and functional teams throughout the lifecycle of IT search-related projects including: providing quality business requirements and use cases, approval of functional documentation, backlog prioritization, monitoring and participating in quality assurance and user testing.
Support the rollout of approved solutions through production testing and deployment verification.
Enhance search using all available catalog content including hierarchy, product references, marketing copy, brand features, keyword lists, etc.
Perform maintenance and updates as needed within catalog databases.
Attend and participate in meetings as a representative of the Electronic Catalog Systems Department, providing input and information to help ensure projects are prioritized to provide the maximum benefit.
Assist with maintaining and supporting both current and future systems and procedures handled by the Electronic Catalog Systems department.

SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required:
Strong automotive product knowledge and understanding of automotive theories and repair procedures
Thorough knowledge of automotive parts cataloging or parts counter experience
Thorough understanding of computers and desktop applications such as SQL, MySQL, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Desired:
Associate or bachelor degree in business or computer science or equivalent work experience
Previous work experience in eCatalog content processing
Previous work experience in digital image editing and manipulation
Understanding of the Auto Care Association standards for content delivery
Practical SQL work experience
