Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
- Gather and organize financial data and documents for tax preparation
- Conduct tax interviews with clients to gather necessary information
- Analyze financial statements and other relevant documents to identify potential tax deductions or credits
- Utilize accounting software, such as QuickBooks On-Line, to input and track financial data
- Stay up-to-date on current tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and compliant tax preparation
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding their taxes

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Tax Preparer or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using UltraTax for tax preparation
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and financial concepts
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify potential deductions or credits
- Excellent math skills, including the ability to perform calculations accurately
- Proficient in 10-key typing for efficient data entry

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
