Full Time - W2 – Tax Manager

As a Tax Manager, your responsibilities will include;
- Managing a team of staff through the tax preparation process (2-3 team members initially)
- Reviewing tax returns for accuracy and strategic opportunity
- Manage projects in an efficient and timely manner
- Train staff on workflow and preparation
- Resolve complicated tax issues
- Build tax plans for clients during offseason
- Coach team members to improve their skills and grow
Education Requirements:
- CPA preferred
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Business
- Minimum 5 years experience
