We are currently seeking a highly-motivated, scrappy, and passionate Technical Sourcer to help meet our exciting growth goals for 2024.
What you will do:
- You will partner with Director of Talent, People Team and Hiring Managers to understand the requirements of the role and how it fits into the organization
- You will ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS (Lever)
- You will source applicants and push through interview process
- You will conduct phone interviews and input feedback
- You will coordinate interview schedules
What we are looking for:
- 1+ year of proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer, recruiter or in HR related roles
- Ability to self-prioritize and manage time in a face-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable interfacing with all types of people - you will be on the phone talking to candidates all day long!
- Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience
