About the Role
Responsibilities
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team to source, screen and recommend candidates for open positions across BetMGM
- Develop and implement strategic talent sourcing initiatives to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring
- Consult and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers and identify opportunities to optimize our sourcing processes, tools, and technologies
- Lead sourcing sessions with TA team and key stakeholders
- Utilize your deep knowledge of sourcing channels, including online platforms, social media, industry events, and professional networks, to
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidates
- Provide data-driven insights based on industry trends, market intelligence and competitor analysis to streamline and scale our Talent Acquisition function and ensure that we stay ahead in an evolving talent market.
- Draft various reports and documents as assigned
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Serve as a brand ambassador for BetMGM by knowing our industry, business, products in and out, living our core values, and promoting our employer brand to candidates
- Other duties as assigned
- 5-7 years of experience in talent sourcing or full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume and highly competitive environment
- Demonstrated experience attracting top talent across multiple disciplines (i.e. tech and non-tech) and levels (Entry-level, mid-level and senior-level roles)
- Outstanding communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically, analyze data, and make informed decisions that align with Talent Acquisition objectives.
- Extensive experience creatively sourcing passive candidates for niche and industry-specific positions.
- Creative flair and a passion for employer branding, creating talent attraction experiences that resonate with potential candidates.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and shift focus as needed
- Curiosity and eagerness to stay on top of emerging trends, sourcing techniques, and best practices in Talent Acquisition
- Experience working within an Applicant Tracking system (Workday experience preferred)
- Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards
