Overview:
The incumbent will work closely with the Recruiting Team to develop talent sourcing strategies for existing openings as well as future needs.
Responsibilities:
Utilize research, phone calls, resume databases, pipelines and our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to identify and present candidates for open positions.
Build a pipeline of talent for future needs.
Screen candidates to evaluate their skills and determine potential fit for roles within the company
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills
Experience using Internet sourcing tools (including Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong attention to detail
Experience with high call volume and supporting high volume recruiting needs
Strong work ethic and professionally driven
