Job Description: As a Commission-Based Sourcer at Talent One Services, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent to fulfill our clients' staffing requirements. Leveraging your exceptional research skills, industry knowledge, and sourcing expertise, you will uncover and attract qualified candidates to meet our clients' hiring needs.
Responsibilities:

• Candidate Identification: Utilize a range of sourcing techniques, including online databases, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry-specific forums, to identify potential candidates.

• Candidate Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective candidates through personalized messages, emails, and phone calls, effectively communicating the opportunity and generating interest in our clients' positions.

• Candidate Qualification: Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Must have own recruitment tools and technology, including sourcing platforms, and social media channels.
• Proven experience as a sourcer or in a similar role, with a strong track record of success in candidate identification and engagement.
• Excellent research skills, with the ability to effectively utilize online resources, databases, and search techniques to identify and attract talent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
