Minimum Qualifications: Must currently be enrolled in a recognized and accredited Canadian post-secondary institution throughout the duration of the co-op term. You must also be returning to a post-secondary institution after the co-op term is completed. Depending on the needs and location of the team, you will need to work PST or MDT or relocate to a specific office (Vancouver or site-based)

Responsibilities:
- Support system, processes and tools related to Performance and Succession.
- Draft communications and training materials to support programs and project work.
- Work independently on specific Talent Management projects as assigned.
- Help to track and develop metrics.
- Research and summary report writing
- Follow up on various activities to ensure completion.
- Provide administrative support and other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration or Commerce with a concentration in Human Resources or Marketing (Preference will be given to students in their third and fourth years).
- Motivated self-starter with superior interpersonal and communication skills.
- Works collaboratively and uses a 'customer centric' approach when engaging others.
- Able to work under minimal supervision and be able to coordinate several tasks and/or projects simultaneously.
- Curious, adaptable and flexible, as well as open to learning and trying new things.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and a high level of integrity.
- Able to work well independently on projects from start to finish.
- Passionate about technology.
- Previous Co-op experience is an asset.
- Ability to write and communicate effectively in Spanish is an asset
