My client is expanding its business in US and is looking out for dynamic Sales Manager who is experienced in ERP domain.
The role is focused purely on new business and is suited to people who are 'sales hungry' and who can exploit their exceptional sales skills with effective and successful results.

Job Profile:
Identify potential customers in a sales zone and develop/execute business development plan to reach them.
Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new revenues
Presenting to potential clients through direct communication in face-to-face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
Managing the sales cycle from the initial contact through to the closure of the deal.
Developing a pipeline of qualified leads through personal initiative, planning, networking, marketing activities, and execution to achieve quarterly sales targets.
Demonstrate competence in qualifying, presenting, and demonstrating the product as well as services that you will be selling.
Demonstrating effective customer oriented sales skills, exceptional relationship building, group presentation and closing skills.
Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities are captured and explored.
Will have individual responsibility for new business, and are expected to be autonomous. , however will be a part of growing team of people with the same job title. Will work in close collaboration with the management team for complex large pitches and strategies.
Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following company's procedure.
Ability to articulate client project requirements to company's delivery personnel.
Work closely with the marketing team to organize events and marketing campaigns to promote the company
Position can be based at varied locations in US
Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP solutions sales success including the execution of multiple, concurrent sales efforts.
Proven success in your sales ability and demonstrate full knowledge of the same process.
Confident negotiator and ability to close the deal.
Ability to self-motivate and multi task and work independently or within a team.
Capable of hands on problem-solving with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
Ability to work in intimate and transparent collaboration with the project and technical teams.
Strong communication skills in all forms, including written, oral, email, telephone and presentation.
