What You Will Be Doing:
As the Talent Operations Manager, you will manage the Talent Operations team and set the strategic direction for Talent Operations as Helion continues to grow and work towards our mission of unlimited clean electricity. We're looking for someone who has a passion for building talent programs that result in the best experiences for candidates, interviewers, and the talent team. This is an onsite role at our Everett, WA office and reports directly to our Director of Talent Acquisition.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead Talent Operations team and collaborate with department leaders to ensure talent initiatives align with business objectives
- Craft and evolve talent acquisition strategies to empower recruiters and sourcers to deliver on our hiring targets
- Optimize our talent tech stack (Greenhouse, Prelude, Gem, TalentWall, etc.) in partnership with external vendors, ensuring it meets the needs of talent, interviewers, and hiring managers
- Utilize data and analytics to refine talent processes, resulting in increased recruiting efficiency, interviewer capability, and unparalleled candidate experience
- Develop and overhaul talent systems to support our growth
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in a tech startup environment with a focus on leading programs and initiatives across talent and people operations
- Experience in designing and implementing talent programs that resulted in increased hiring capabilities and candidate satisfaction
- Experience in building (and rebuilding) talent systems and processes to support successful scaling in a high-growth organization
- Experience working closely with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers to build and deliver talent solutions
- Strong understanding of recruiting coordination, including tools, metrics, and how to create an excellent candidate journey
- Proven agility and success in managing change within a startup setting
The pay range for this position is $115k-155k. This pay range may be inclusive of several career levels and will be narrowed based on several factors, including the candidate's experience and qualifications.
