The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a vital position that will support many aspects of the day-to-day Human Resources functions including recruiting, onboarding, file maintenance, and communication. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or similar role
• Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements.
• Passion about human resources methods
• Ability to scan large volumes of resumes.
• Experience in Employer Branding methods
• Understanding and familiarity with Recruitment Marketing
• Good understanding and experience with HR tools such as ATS and HRIS
• Some understanding of basic marketing strategies
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

·        Understanding the importance of key performance indicators and the ability to process manage as necessary.

·        Time management skills and multitasking of multiple projects and centers at one time.

·        Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

·        Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

·        Professional attitude and teamwork mentality

·        Great interpersonal and communication skills

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office products to include but not limited to Office, Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Build relationships with internal partners.
• Guide, support, and coordinate candidates through the interview process. Validate the ability to both perform the duties required and the cultural fit of potential new employees.
• Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on goals and needs.
• Conduct reference checks.
• Write and present offer letters.
• Assist in new hire orientations and onboarding.
• Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high quality applicants.
• Adhere to laws, rules and regulations.
• Adhere to personal data privacy regulations.
• Other tasks as assigned.
