About This Role

As we continue to grow and expand our operations globally, we recognize that attracting and retaining top-tier talent is crucial to achieving our strategic goals. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our dynamic team as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Strategy and Programs reporting to the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition. This individual will play a pivotal role in helping to shape our Talent Acquisition Strategy for our next level Talent Acquisition Service Delivery, designing innovative programs, and implementing best practices to attract, recruit, and retain exceptional talent.

Role Overview: The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Strategy and Programs will be responsible for helping develop and execute comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategies that align with our company's objectives. This individual will partner with existing Talent Acquisition Leadership, COEs and collaborate closely with HR leaders, business unit heads, and external partners to enhance recruitment processes and optimize the candidate experience. The successful candidate will drive recruitment initiatives that support diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring a talented and diverse workforce that reflects our commitment to excellence and fairness. Enable and accelerate the evolution of ways of working to support better operations, scalable processes, increased SME capacity, and increased connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy:
  • Develop, enhance, and execute a strategic Talent Acquisition plan aligned with the organization's global growth objectives, workforce needs, and industry trends.
  • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of Talent Acquisition strategies and make data-driven adjustments to improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:
  • Lead the development and promotion of our employer brand to attract top talent and maintain a positive reputation in the job market.
  • Enhance the candidate's experience by implementing best practices, streamlining recruitment processes, and leveraging innovative technologies.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive and welcoming work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure diverse talent pools and eliminate bias in the recruitment process.
  • Talent Acquisition Programs:
  • Design and implement creative and effective recruitment programs, including internships, referral programs, and university partnerships, to identify and attract top talent.
  • Coordinate interdependencies between projects under the program and manage risks and issues at a program level; know what and when to escalate and when to mitigate.
  • Coordinate bi-directional communication between the program/project teams.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in Talent Acquisition to continuously improve our programs.
  • Recruitment Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track key performance metrics related to Talent Acquisition, providing regular reports and insights to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in Talent Acquisition, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing effective Talent Acquisition strategies and Programs.
  • Extensive knowledge of recruitment best practices, including diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • A passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with the latest Talent Acquisition trends and practices.

Estimated Pay Range

$116,400—$169,400 USD
