Position SummaryReporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the TA Projects and Programs Manager is responsible for working with the HR team to formulate, design, plan, implement, and evaluate key Talent Acquisition projects at Versiti to support the execution of the hiring strategy. The Incumbent will also be responsible for administering key HR programs, such as CRM, ATS and candidate assessment tools, requiring cross-functional administration. This role serves as a key project team member to drive their successful execution through research and data collection, preparation of presentation materials, proposals and reports, communication, coaching and consultation with key stakeholders and employees, and following up on planned activities and timelines. The TA Projects and Programs Manager is responsible for developing and implementing TA hiring processes, policies, and systems related to Talent Acquisition, and facilitates processing of Human Resources documents and reports, ensuring corporate and government compliance.
Responsibilities- Collaborates with HR Operations, Total Rewards, HRIS, Payroll, and other HR teams in developing strategies, solutions, processes, and tools that build organizational focus, create operational efficiency, employee and leader engagement, and drive desired results.
- Serves as the subject matter expert on HR processes, policies, and practices, collaborating with HR Teams in process improvement.
- Acts as a cross-functional HR project administrator by assigning workflow, monitoring activity, collaborating on development, and reporting progress related to projects, policy administration, change management, and communications
- Coordinates and supports Human Resources activities in support to daily operations and projects implementation to ensure highest levels of employee and leader experience.
- Ensures strong links across other department functions and partners by liaising and providing consultation.
- Assists HR staff with various support activities upon request, such as handling of unique situations, special projects, reports, etc.
- Educates, coaches and trains team members on HR processes, procedures, and project navigation.
- Supports Versiti's mission, vision, and values as well as departmental goals and objectives.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification
- Understands and performs in accordance with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or related discipline required
Experience
- 4-6 years experience as an HR Generalist or in HR Operations, Total Rewards, Recruitment, or Employee Relations required
- 1-3 years experience in Project Management preferred
- 1-3 years designing and implementing Human Resources Programs (Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Wellness). preferred
- 1-3 years experience in developing ROI analysis for projects/initiatives, with demonstrated ability to set priorities and drive decision making. desired
- 1-3 years experience in development and implementation of processes in a regulated environment preferred
