JOB SUMMARY:
The Systems Support Specialist will assist our users with technical support; troubleshooting and analyzing issues and finding solutions to multifamily residential software including but not limited to Yardi 7S, RentCafe, Funnel, various Realpage products, and other systems applications.
Essential Functions:
Ability to communicate professionally by phone, email, chat, and provide excellent customer service
Provides enduser support by responding to questions related to Yardi and other property management software inquiries via ticketing system, email, and/or phone
Capable of identifying repeat requests and performing root cause analysis and recommending solutions to reduce repetitive requests by working with the Training department to recognize key training areas
Identifies and troubleshoots issues with Yardi
Assists Systems Manager with product implementation and rollout
Reviews existing user profiles to determine whether the user has appropriate access and permissions for their role
Troubleshoot for Yardi software-related problems
Setting up new user accounts, modifying access, resetting passwords for all systems
Performing periodic system access review
Assist with Yardi conversions for new property takeovers
Create FAQs that document historical Yardi issues and resolutions
Prepare documentation to support system administrative functions, procedures, and processes
Coordinate with third-party software consultants related to Yardi policies, procedures, and new implementations
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES Any combination of education and experience that would likely
provide the required knowledge and abilities qualifies;
23 years of admin experience in Yardi Voyager, Yardi Rent Cafe, RealPage Products; (Onsite, etc.)
1 year of IT help desk experience a plus
REQUIREMENTS
Intermediate to advanced skills in Yardi Systems & RealPage
Possession of valid driver's license and up-to-date vehicle insurance OR reliable transportation
Pass background screening prior to employment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Remote or normal office setting with possible travel to various properties owned and operated by Decron
Properties Corp.
Must be able to follow directions, be innovative and resourceful, provide excellent customer service, display respect and professionalism at all times.
Must be able to work independently or as part of a team, as needed.
