We work directly with business owners around the country to support their processing needs, providing contactless payments, online payments, and chip & pin support at the storefront. Customer Service and Support is a point of pride for our staff, and we show it.
We are currently hiring for Business Support Specialist, a position vital to our merchant base, as this person will work directly with business owners around the country to ensure their merchant credit card programs are operating efficiently.
There will be a 90-day probationary period. The first month is PART TIME, 10am to 2pm, for paid training. The position will move to FULL TIME, 8am to 4pm, at the start of the second month. The permanent schedule for this position is FULL TIME, 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday.
Duties include:
- Maintaining Merchant Records
- Handling both Inbound AND Outbound support calls
- Reviewing and organizing files
- Annual Check-in calls to active merchants
- Managing the Merchant PCI Compliance program
- NO Sales calls required
Interested Applications should:
- Be friendly and outgoing
- Be confident answering and communicating via phone
- Be able to independently follow both verbal and written instructions
- Have moderate experience in using Microsoft Office Products and Adobe
- Have excellent organizational and time-management skills
Requirements to apply:
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Administrative Support
- Completion of all tests requested at submission
Experience in the merchant services industry is not required, we will train you for the position.
