Honeywell is hiring a Systems Engineer that will report to the Senior Engineering Manager within Sensing, Guidance, and Navigation. You will be a contributor of an engineering team, partner with world class engineers, physicists, and leaders to implement product strategies. You will apply expertise to technical projects, find innovative & cost-effective means to improve products, techniques, procedures, and technologies. You will provide technical leadership for various MEMS Sensor and inertial measurement teams. You will work with multi-functional departments to ensure project success.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.
YOU MUST HAVE
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in the Electrical, Systems, or Aerospace Engineering field, or related field
• 2 or more years of experience in Engineering
WE VALUE
• Master's degree in aerospace, electrical, mechanical, Systems Engineering w/ tangential degrees that help own technical leadership (like business management)
• Expertise in requirements development and technical writing
• Experience in using Requirements and Configuration Management tools such as: DOORS, JIRA
• Test and validate designs and design requirements
• Model Based System Engineering, Development, and Analysis
• Leadership capability, including abilities to lead and influence the technical community
• Individuals that can quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts
• Proficient in MATLAB, Simulink, or similar multi-paradigm programming languages for data analytics
• Familiarity with electronics, software architectures, or electromagnetic disciplines
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done
