As a Microsoft M365 Engineer at Post Consumer Brands, you will use Microsoft 365 applications to create innovative and user-friendly solutions that enhance our business capabilities. You will design, develop, and maintain M365 applications and integrations, such as SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, Azure, etc. You will also collaborate with other IT roles and business team members to create and execute multi-year roadmaps for M365 applications. Additionally, you will ensure operational excellence and best practices in our M365 environment, and provide support to business analysts, project leads, supervisors, managers, and other employees who use M365 applications. You will also interact with senior personnel, mentors, and external partners, such as PHI, cloud or service providers, and professional organizations, related to Microsoft technologies, system management tools, security systems, etc.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Design and implement robust solutions using M365 services, such as Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and on prem Active Directory
- Ensure a thorough understanding of key M365 product life cycles, track them effectively, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders. Take appropriate remediation measures when required
- Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, testing procedures, training materials, run books, and post-deployment/upgrade assessments
- Collaborate closely with Infrastructure Project Managers to contribute to the successful delivery of IT projects
- Serve as a 3rd line support expert for M365 and resolve complex technical issues effectively
- Monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues, incidents, and requests as needed
- Mentor and coach junior level team members
- Expert-level technical knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Defender, M365, and core Microsoft products.
- Extensive experience in M365 environments, including proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for M365 and Active Directory for automation and administration purposes
- Experience with migration tools for AD-to-AD and tenant-to-tenant migrations
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
- Recent Microsoft certifications or equivalent industry credentials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues at all levels and across different teams
