Job Summary: The Systems Analyst is responsible for performing the diversified duties required to coordinate computer systems applications for Access Management @ CaroMont Health and subsidiary companies. Responsibilities will include 1) analysis and determination of information requirements to assist with the design, modification, and implementation of new or modified systems designed to meet the needs of Access Management and the departments we support 2) maintenance of information systems related to Access Management, including but not limited to: current systems, EPIC, TransUnion, Perceptive Document Management, PassPort 3) creation of spreadsheets and databases for management analysis and 4) ad hoc report writing .
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university majoring in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent years experience. Two to three years related computer experience required; healthcare experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate varied activities. Good interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Access, Monarch and Crystal Report writing.
