Job Summary
- Serve as the Systems Administrator in support of Contracted services support to Military Personnel Division services support, Retirement/Transition Services, Automation Services, Officer/Enlisted services, Casualty Operations, Mobilization, In/Out Processing, Defense Eligibility Enrollment System (DEERS)/ID Card and Trainee Services support for Soldiers, Family members Department of Defense (DoD) Civilians, and Retirees assigned, attached and/ or supported by Fort Eisenhower, GA and Gillem Enclave, GA.
- Candidate must be familiar with the US Army HR computer network operating systems
- Serve as the Automations Branch Chief supervising at least 2 other employees
Clearance Requirements
There is a Secret Security clearance requirement for this position.
Required Skills & Certifications
- Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level I professional certification during the execution of this contract. The Contractor will ensure qualified System Administrator(s) and Computer Operator with the following certifications:
- Security + and A+ Certifications
- Must possess an Alternate PKI Token
- Must have an Elevated Privilege Account in Active Directory
- Signed Privileged Access Agreement (PAA) Uploaded to your Army Training & Certification Tracking System (ATCTS) Account
- Appointment Orders uploaded to your ATCTS Account
- Meet DoDM 8140.03 (Formally DoD 8570.01-M) requirements to include baseline cybersecurity certifications, computing environment certifications, privileged user cybersecurity Responsibilities, and PII
- Strategic & Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP) Certs must be uploaded to your ATCTS Profile (date included on the cert)
