The Systems Administrator position provides high level IT support, assistance and troubleshooting through remote desktop platforms. This position requires the ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment and maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, customer service, communication, organization and ethics.

Education, Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in computer/technical related field or related experience listed below
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience with one or more of the following
- Configuration, Installation and troubleshooting of routers, switches and firewalls (Cisco preferred)
- Microsoft OS for servers and workstations
- Email servers, ISPs, network monitoring tools and TCP/IP protocols
- Virtualization Infrastructure
- Experience configuring Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, VPN, ACLs and firewalls
- Experience configuring virtual environments (VMware/Hyper-V) and storage
- Experience with backup solutions, replication and retention policies including disaster recovery planning
- Experience with security and anti-virus/anti-malware solutions
- Microsoft Office knowledge required
- Certifications (CompTIA, Barracuda, etc.) required or the ability to obtain within six months of hire
- Advanced certifications (Cisco, Microsoft) a plus
- Current state issued driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation and proof of valid auto insurance

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
