The Corporate Information Services Department is seeking a dynamic and talented System Administrator I-Endpoint Management.
The System Administrator I provides Endpoint Management support (Windows OS, Mac OS, Virtual Environments) with a high focus on endpoint security; software provisioning; patch management; endpoint lifecycle; service automation; and usability. Responsible for supporting our enterprise PC imaging solution (MDT) including maintenance of disaster recovery images, which entails creating, testing, deploying, and managing images for Windows OS to provide a high level of service for the Corporate, Acute, and Behavioral Health Divisions. Possesses the ability to effectively prioritize and maintain strong analytical thinking when problem solving and creating custom solutions. Provides support for Microsoft Windows based infrastructure including support of our primary Endpoint Management tool, Altiris, which also includes the creation and management of Software packages. Assists with the rollout of our endpoint privilege management tool throughout the enterprise to further enhance our security posture. Provides assistance with break/fix resolution for Endpoint Management and desktop support incidents. Monitors the resolution of maintenance or enhancement issues assigned by the Customer Support Center. Researches, reviews and recommends hardware and software improvements.

- Performs advanced level break fix resolution.
- Manages enterprise PC imaging solution (MDT).
- Implements scripting solutions for system management with Powershell.
- Creates and manages software packages.
- Manages enterprise networks and active directory.
- Maintains systems security.
- Participates in managing Infrastructure related projects.
- Participates in team meetings.
- Reports on systems status from scans and monitoring.
Position Requirements:
Required:
- Associate's degree or 2 years of completed college coursework towards a Bachelor's degree. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Moderate experience troubleshooting/deploying Windows operating systems
- Moderate experience managing Imaging Solutions
- Moderate knowledge of Enterprise Networks
- Proficient in MDM solutions (Intune/WS1/Altiris,etc)
- Intermediate scripting skills (Powershell)
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory
- Substantial experience troubleshooting/deploying/developing Altiris platform
- Experience managing projects
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Critical thinking skills
Preferred:
- Experience packaging applications for Windows and Mac environments
- Experience writing or updating reports
- Experience coordinating large software deployments/upgrades
- Virtualization
- Mentoring/Training Personnel
