The Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining critical SaaS business applications and systems in the cloud. You will work closely with other Systems Administrators in assisting IT Technicians and end-users with technical issues related to our SaaS applications. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service and support, managing the flow, resolution, or possible escalation of service desk requests.
The Systems Administrator primary focus shall include but not limited to:
- Provide full life-cycle user provisioning and administration for all operational/IT products.
- Troubleshoot issues on software interfaces and ensure department support cases are effectively resolved in timely manner.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the integrations available and currently in-place for all information systems.
- Manage the Windows Active Directory/Office 365 databases.
- Provide Tier II support to IT Technicians and end-users.
- Manage, maintain, and support cloud-based, SaaS applications.
- Provide subject matter expertise to the technology team.
- Monitor systems performance.
- Manage the lifecycle of all IT assets within the defined location including maintaining an accurate inventory, maintaining fixed asset accounting register, procurement of new hardware and software and implementation and configuration of new asset.
- Responsible for developing and preparing status/management-related IT reports for their organizations, as well as assisting a project manager in planning and coordinating business projects and assisting with administering technical and administrative initiatives.
- As required, work closely with managed service provider supporting remote sites.
- Review and analyze technology adoption and operational data to assist with the creation of policies and processes to improve property and company performance.
- Perform audits and challenge existing policies & procedures to promote efficiencies and changes in day-to-day operations.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies and novel approaches in order to make recommendations to enhance business processes and create competitive advantage to ZRS Management.
- Work IT projects as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field is preferred.
- Recently obtained cybersecurity or IT related certifications a plus!
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer-focused position involving technical knowledge of a company products and services.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Strong technical skills
- Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Windows, and Azure.
- Knowledge of software programs, such as but not limited to Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Okta, VOIP platforms, and Property Management Systems.
- Ability to accept constructive criticism and feedback regarding their experience with software or IT services
- Demonstrate excellent computer skills, verbal, math, and reasoning skills
