Switchboard Operator

Citrus Cardiology Consultants, P.A., is looking for a full-time Operator for Inverness office. The Operator is at the first contact for our patients and how we answer the phone, handle calls and provide service to our callers is a reflection of our mission and values.

Responsibilities:

• Answer multi-line phones and forward calls or typing and sending messages in EMR
• Greet callers in a professional and friendly manner

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Must have a minimum of 1 year working in a medical office/facility
• Must have good customer service experience and a friendly attitude
• Typing skills a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Switchboard: 2 years (Required)
