At this healthcare facility, the Switchboard Operator is the voice of the facility warmly greeting and efficiently routing each incoming call from both inside and outside of the hospital. The Switchboard Operator is a true customer service professional who inherently loves to help others and is happy to help callers get to their correct destination with a smile.
As a Switchboard Operator, you'll be responsible for all the incoming phone calls for a busy healthcare facility. You'll showcase your exceptional communication skills and your ability to remain calm under pressure daily as you route calls to their correct destination efficiently. This role is also responsible for monitoring and quickly/accurately responding to the hospital emergency codes.
The Switchboard Operator is a full-time role and requires onsite availability.
Shift Information:
This role is part-time, onsite position. $15.00/hour ($1.00 differential for 2nd shift and a $1.75 differential for 3rd shift).
Sick Time and 2 Weeks of Vacation are available after completion of the introductory period (first 90 days)
You'll Have:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- A history of wow-ing guests with your customer service skills
- Previous switchboard experience a big plus
- The ability to communicate in both English and Spanish
