What we are seeking:
- Experience: 3+ years in the hospitality industry, preferably in a notable sushi restaurant.
- Skills: Proficiency in Japanese fish butchery, Fine Dining service, and upscale sushi techniques.
- Attitude: A polished and professional demeanor, with a keen eye for cleanliness and organization.
- Passion: Love for the art of sushi-making and a drive to excel in a unique culinary setting.
Impact and Growth Opportunities: In your first 3 months, you'll perfect the art of nigiri technique and Japanese fish butchery, and engage with guests at the chef's counter, honing your presentation and service skills.
