Support Specialist

Title: Support Specialist

Location: Downtown Denver, 80237

Pay: $19-$22 / hour

Our client is seeking a strong Support Specialist to support their customer operations. This role will facilitate requests from customers via phone, email, and chat. Properly documenting interactions into the system is critical. This role will be in-office during training, and then evolve into a position with work-from-home flexibility once properly trained.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong experience with phone communications
• Strong experience with data entry and system management
