Description:
1. Responsible for all aspects of Mobile Device procurement (ordering and receiving), provisioning, System Administration, and Support Services for end user devices such as phones and tablets across all BILH entities and its affiliates. This includes all IT mobile device services for new hires, refresh, break/fix, device reclaims, asset inventory, asset quotes and ordering. 2. Daily tasks involve: Creating MDM profiles, shared device hardware deployment, BYOD support, Hardware/software support and troubleshooting, moving hardware between various MDM configurations. 3. Demonstrates an advanced understanding of IOS and Android operating systems, hardware, software and Mobile Device management suites. 4. Ability to follow instruction and can hit the ground running.5. Ability to interact with colleagues in a respectful manner. Must have extension knowledge with Apple and Android devices and hardware and great customer service skills. Additional skills: MDM wise, Jamf, MaaS360, and IvantiOnsite: will got to many various BILH locations such as LHMC, Beverly, Winchester, Woburn, BIDMC, Mount Auburn, Joslin, Milton, Needham, Charlestown.
