Direct Care Professional/Job Coach - $43,680 - Full Time Position

Full time position with transport is 47,840 Transportation Reimbursement

ASA is a Human Service Agency located in Wellesley and Waltham. We support and work with adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. We have a Community Based, Employment and Day Habilitation Programs. Our mission is to provide employment and community experiences while enhancing a person's independence.

Supervise persons with autism and other developmental disabilities in community worksites. Provide ongoing opportunities for new job skills or expand existing ones.

Responsible for the documentation of progress notes and completing all data collection sheets

Carpooling participants from their family and group homes required as assigned and needed.

Familiarity with systems for documenting care provided
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and practices

Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM.
Applicants are restricted to those who currently reside in Massachusetts. Mass. License, Car & cell phone necessary.

Experience:
-Experience with adults with autism, individuals with behavioral issues, and supported employment preferred.
