ABOUT THE TEAM:
The Supply Chain Team orchestrates delivery of products purchased on Tribute’s eCommerce platform. We have three objectives: 1) deliver a best-in-class post-purchase experience, 2) strengthen unit economics, and 3) nurture partner relationships.
Specialist is responsible for quality assurance via floral vendor coaching and escalated issue resolution. They work closely with their peers and the Supply Chain Manager to whom they report.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Independently identify and prepare recommendations for improvement based upon deep understanding of Tribute’s eCommerce offerings and fulfillment processes
Coach floral vendors challenged with compliance to Supply Chain quality standards
Liaise with internal stakeholders on matters of process or product that affect vendors’ ability to successfully deliver, with a keen eye for overall churn reduction
Act as coordinator and florist’s primary point of contact during Tribute Store reactivations, upgrades, and migrations; flexing to assist with new florist onboarding, as needed
Provide resolution to complex issues escalated by Supply Chain Specialist 1
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, as needed, for internal and external stakeholders
Promptly begin each shift; this role works 40 hours per week

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, project management, or sales
Proficiency in English language; strong oral and written communication skills
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office products
Emotional intelligence to tailor communication to audience and channel for consensus-building
Floral industry experience is preferred but not required
