This individual will own the following:

- Customer Relationship in Partnership with Outside Sellers

- Quote and Order Review

- Portal Management

- Tracking and Reporting on Key Client KPIs

- Outbound Call Strategy Execution

- Customer Scorecard

- RMA / Warranty Management / Issue Resolution

- R&D Facilitation

- Customer Care daily order allocation in CRM

- Customer Portals

- Ad hoc Reporting as needed by National Account Manager

The best candidates should demonstrate the following:

· Purchasing Knowledge: Specific knowledge of purchasing theory, operations and methods, ERP and/or MRP systems.

· Good communication skills: Effectively communicate with internal and external customers, to ensure that product flow meets the demands of the customer.

· Problem solving: Demonstrates ability to analyze problems and develop appropriate solutions.

· Project management: Demonstrate ability to lead and manage projects under minimal supervision and meet required deadlines.

· Leadership competencies: Manage change, train and develop others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
