Responsibilities
HAVI is seeking an intern to support the Supply Chain North America Business Management team during Summer 2024 (June 3 -August 9). This is a hybrid opportunity working remotely (~60%) and in-person near the greater Chicago area (~40%).
As a HAVI intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in exciting projects, own individual assignments, and collaborate with a dynamic team that will support your personal and professional growth as you begin your career journey.
This internship is a 10-week program, full-time, in a hybrid work environment.

This internship is a 10-week program, full-time, in a hybrid work environment.
Key assignments & projects:
- Customer Health & Client Relationship Management
- Coordinate across HAVI team members to create and maintain customer stakeholder assessments and customer health scores; Deploy new tools and business processes to generate customer insights, scope, and define revenue generating opportunities.
- Exercise critical thinking and demonstrate thought leadership in designing the processes that HAVI will use to better understand how key customers are utilizing our products and services to drive Supply Chain value.
- Support the HAVI deployment of performance management processes and tools across a customer base of up to one hundred organizations and up to three hundred associated stakeholders. Gain exposure to all facets of the Supply Chain including manufacturing, distribution, and retail operations.
- Strategic Resource Planning and Process Standardization
- Support the Business Management team's efforts to plan and manage a broad portfolio of account plans, projects and strategic initiatives including client partnership, operational excellence, and empowered people.
- Be involved in change management efforts related to the adoption of industry leading product management and development practices.
- Account Planning and Revenue Growth
- Support the Business Management team's account planning efforts and exploration of new growth opportunities that address real-world customer and industry challenges in the food service space.
- Gain exposure to HAVI's evolution of Supply Chain digitization, planning and analytics capabilities with an emphasis on defining our unique value proposition in the marketplace.

Desired Skills & Experience
Successful intern candidates meet the following requirements:
- Must be available June 3rd - August 9th
- Minimum requirement of junior year college completion
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain or relatedfield
- Demonstrated time management and leadership skills through course work and extracurricular activities
- MS Office experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Reporting, Data Visualization or Analytics experience a plus (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Good written and verbal communication
- Collaborative/teamwork oriented
