We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst who will be responsible for the finished goods inventory and raw material management process from production into sellable inventory and through fulfillment of internal and external orders. We need a strong, analytical thinker to navigate weekly supply and production scheduling tasks including analyzing demand trends, inventory levels, and upcoming retail and wholesale sales activity.

 

We need someone who sees change as an opportunity and can thrive working in the gray. One moment you could be working with our cultivation team to understand and influence how product moves through their workflows, the next moment you could be coordinating efforts to ensure efficient tracking of finished goods inventory, and the next moment liaising between stakeholders in operations, sales, finance, and marketing, to ensure the correct production plans are created and executed to meet the dynamic needs of our business. Regardless of the task, it's critical you have a strong ability to work with diverse stakeholders, with diverse needs, within the organization.

 

This role is on-site 5 days per week at our Boonton, NJ grow facility.  

To be blunt... Year 1 is going to be about:

• In addition to what is described above, year 1 is going to be about:
• Managing perpetual daily finished goods inventory process
• Liaising and coordinating between all business functions: production, cultivation, warehousing, sales, marketing, finance, accounting, procurement
• Maintaining and analyzing trend reporting and reporting out to management
• Leveraging historical datasets and assumptions to create and influence SKU level projections based on WIP pipeline and cultivation schedule
• Working with Supply Chain peers in other states to create consistencies and sustainability in reporting
• Effectively planning and coordinating activities to maintain efficient tracking and flow of materials while maintaining control of inventory.
• Completing weekly production planning tasks efficiently, effectively, and accurately
• Utilizing operations experience, strong leadership skills and a highly motivated character to establish efficient SOP's.
• Collaborating as needed to drive optimal productivity; fostering an environment in which diverse backgrounds are respected and valued
• Managing a safe workplace by advocating training and accident prevention/preparedness.
• Enhancing and maintaining positive communications with our sales operations.
• Additional duties as assigned.

What we're high on...we value diverse skillsets, talents, and experiences. To be successful in this role, we know you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related discipline or equivalent education and experience.
• 3-4 years of Supply Chain experience; Cannabis, Agriculture, CPG a plus but not required
• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict; ability to provide feedback and develop team.
• Advanced Excel skills required; V-lookup, Pivot Tables, analysis of large datasets, data visualization in Excel
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of the role of Supply Chain within the organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate complex information in a digestible format across various modes (email, phone, video conferencing) and levels of the organization (front line production team as well as executive leadership)
• Proven skills in implementing and leading Supply Chain excellence.
• Strong understanding of technology, inventory software systems/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), applicable metrics working within a data driven environment.
