The International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program (ICITAP) works with foreign governments to develop professional and transparent law enforcement institutions that protect human rights, combat corruption, and reduce the threat of transnational crime and terrorism. ICITAP supports both national security and foreign policy objectives and works in close partnership with the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Agency for International Development, and the Department of Defense.Qualifications: To qualify at the GS-15 level, applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience at, or equivalent to, the GS-14 federal grade level. Examples of specialized experience include: developing, implementing, and delivering law enforcement development projects to foreign countries as part of a justice sector development initiative; advising foreign law enforcement practitioners on policies and programs related to emerging law enforcement programs; and directing and delivering law enforcement training programs.Education: There is no education requirement for this position.Employment Type: FULL_TIME
