As a Supervisor of Coding & Disputes you will manage the team to meet the evolving business requirements in a fast-paced environment. What you'll do on a typical day:
- Effectively lead the coding & resolver team to achieve service goals for various processes or programs, including coding (customer master) setup, grouping of accounts, HRC updates, invoice audit, HRC disputes, corrections, and oracle merges.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to create processes that reduce errors in customer onboarding and increase data set up integrity.
- Monitors and implements processes to ensure that set up of customer information is in accordance with evolving company needs and technological improvements.
- Collaborates with peers to drive culture, performance, and employee engagement.
- Creates documentation of processes and procedures to create standardization.
- Ensure that assignments are completed accurately and timely.
- Provide the training and tools needed for assignments.
- Monitor and review job performance while also overseeing time and attendance of each employee.
What you need to succeed at XPO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 3 years of related experience
It'd be great if you also have:
- 2 years of previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Prior experience working in LTL, freight transportation, logistics or supply chain environment. Minimum 2 years of experience preferred.
- Highly organized and proven ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Proven ability to communicate, written and verbal, with all levels of management.
- Proven ability to interact with internal and external customers.
- Extensive knowledge and use of mainframe, web, and Microsoft Office Applications.
- Ability to evaluate business process and implement change.
- Ability to read and interpret contracts.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate responsibilities to meet commitments.
- Ability produce written and verbal communication to senior audiences. Must have the ability to articulate complex issues to management, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to break down complex problems to drive solutions.
- Experience with High Radius.
- Experience working with customer master file systems is preferred.
- Experience researching and updating company hierarchies changes due to mergers, acquisitions, and divestures is preferred.
