Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Betenbough Companies, PBC (Betenbough) currently requires the services of an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to perform the following duties: Process home closings on a daily basis; Process all construction deposits and wait-list deposits on a daily basis; Record cash inflows for all brands; Process refunds on a weekly basis; Work with team to process outstanding invoices; Process utilities within a week of receipt; Track trade loans and process credit memos; When applicable, explore ways to simplify and improve interim processes related to accounts payable; Assist and lead accounting projects when needed; Continue to implement Stampli and think of new ways to utilize this resource.
Employment in this position will take place in Lubbock, Texas and requires little to no travel. Salary for the position starts at $40,768.00 but is negotiable and will be commensurate with experience and educational level.
