Job Purpose :To assist in the day-to-day operations of the Career & Professionalism Center
Skills Development and Learning Opportunities Available:
- Communication Skills: Personal contact with faculty/staff/students/visitors.
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office / Google Suite
- Filing, Alphabetizing, and Organization
Essential Duties:
- Answer telephones
- Take messages
- Schedule appointments for staff & a grad student
- Open & sort mail
- File internship documents
- Provide office coverage
- Assist staff & students on student-accessible computer
- Run errands on campus
- Check & document office supply inventory
- Keep office resources organized
- Collaborate with staff and the graduate assistant on office projects
- Create flyers to distribute

- Ability to interact and maintain good rapport with the University community.
