Job Overview
Under the direction of the Clinic Administrator and/or the Substance Abuse Counselor Supervisor, the counselor is responsible for comprehensive case management and recovery oriented services.
Minimum Requirements
1. High School diploma required; Bachelor degree in Social Services preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Social Service agency, preferably in drug rehab counseling and addiction treatment required.
3. Must be licensed, certified, or registered to obtain certification or licensure as a Substance Abuse Counselor.
4. Current BLS/First Aid Training required.
5. Bilingual: English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on location preferred.
