Form of workMaximus currently has a Subcontract-Third Party Outreach Manager opportunity with the Maximus Montana Employment and Training Project. This Project will provide intake, assessment and development of an Employability/Service Plan (ESP) plus case management of participants along with job development, placement, & retention services. Our goal is to equip participants to be successful in the world of work by building their skills capacity, prioritizing employment, and supporting retention.
Job Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare, negotiate, and administer a variety of subcontracts, consulting agreements, licensing agreements and modifications thereto.
- Manage the implementation of subcontracts and compliance policies and local procedures ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company directives.
- Ensure subcontracts are prepared and administered in accordance with Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) compliance objectives, local procedures and work instructions for the business unit.
- Oversee preparation of RFP's for distribution to subcontractors of a proposal package.
- Advise others on intellectual property issues which may affect company rights, obligations, and IP related opportunities.
- Evaluate proposals from subcontractors for completeness and adherence to compliance with prime contractor flow down requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience.
- Advanced degree or professional designation preferred.
- Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems.
- Work requires considerable judgment and initiative.
- Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization.

This role is contingent upon an award of the contract.
Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree
This position is fully remote and will require a home office.
Home office requirements:
- Reliable high-speed internet service
- Minimum 20 Mpbs download speeds/50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity
- Minimum 5 Mpbs upload speeds
This position requires you to have reliable transportation to travel to other offices within the region.
This position requires travel up to 50% of the time.
This position requires residency in the state of Montana.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
