Student Services Support Specialist
- Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED and
- One-year of prior-related work experience.
- Job Description:
- Provides specialized clerical support to assigned department to enable effective office operations.

- Provides specialized clerical support to assigned department(s) to enable effective office operations.
- Manage all aspects of financial aid appeals.
- Operate the rotary microfilm camera.
- Research and resolve complex student problems.
- Process requests for out-going transcripts.
- Assist in filing and coding first time applications and high school transcripts.
- Data entry, calculate and compute corrections to records and reports, maintain and handle confidential student records.
- Distribute, collect, check, and enter grade rolls.
- Assist with registration.
- Perform calculations to determine eligibility for financial aid.
- Process incoming mail, answer telephone inquiries and redirect calls when necessary.
- Place orders for textbooks.
- Performs other similar and related duties as assigned.
- Pay Rate:
- $17.00 hourly
