The Sr Programmer - JDE, will provide application support of Restaurant Distribution business including definition, analysis, coding, testing, and implementation of various sized projects. This position will have the ability to assume project leadership responsibilities for assigned projects. Design, estimate, develop, document, and implement well tested solutions that satisfy the requirements of each application development request within the allocated time and budget for each request. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable or be willing and able to become knowledgeable of the Restaurant Distribution Industry.
For candidates within a 50-minute commute to Temple, TX, this position will be a hybrid work opportunity. For candidates outside of the 50-minute commute to Temple, TX, relocation would be provided to move to Temple, Texas. For candidates not able to relocate, a remote opportunity would be an option.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $90,000 to $95,000 based on qualifications and experience. This role is also eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan with a target incentive of 12.5% of your base annual salary. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
A teammate in this position must have:
- 6-8 years of programming experience with JDEdwards World software & RPG programming in an iSeries environment using skills/technologies below:
- RPG versions: RPGII/III/IV/ILE on an iSeries platform.
- Turnover, CL, SQL, Jira, MS tools.
- Coding experience with JDEdwards World Software & experience with DSI DcLink.
- Minimum of 3 years senior-level experience working and supporting medium to large projects.
- Experience in all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle.
- Mainframe:
- Technical skills - IBM Mainframe, MVS/TSO COBOL DB2/Stored Procedures, JCL.
- Subset skills - CICS Online, Data Transport FTP/MQ, Geac-Millinium, PacBase, AFP.
- Middleware services:
