ResponsibilitiesWorks with orientation planning and implementation including scheduling, logistics, and campus partner meetings
Manages student leader selection and training including Orientation Leaders and Peer Navigators
Plans first-year initiatives and special programs, and work with special populations to tailor programs, events, and services
Support marketing and communication efforts for the department including social media, website, CampusESP, and more
Provide support to NSFP by serving on committees, working with assessment projects, and other special projects as needed
QualificationsBachelor's degree in student affairs, higher education, or related field and two years of appropriate experience or a high school diploma or equivalent and experience equal to six years. (Note: post-high school education can substitute for experience at the equivalent rate.)
Master's preferred.
