Responsibilities
- Coordinates Student Engagement programs under the supervision of the Assistant Dean of Academic & Student Services. This includes, but is not limited to: the Greenhouse Incubator Program, JM Micro Grants, InNOLEvation Challenge, workshops, 7 under 30, etc. Keeps up to date on incubator procedures and education to facilitate programs efficiently. Makes suggestions/recommendations on program planning and development to ensure programs continue to meet the needs of students.
- Responsible for mentoring student business ideas and startups. Meets with students regularly to work through business concepts, facilitates mentorship opportunities, and assists with launching and growing student startups.
- Responsible for performing administrative tasks for the Student Engagement Division of Jim Moran College. Coordinates resources, responsible for records management, monitors, and tracks Student Engagement budget. Gathers, prepares, and organizes information for meetings and conferences. Responsible for data input into client management information system, mentor network platform, and email and marketing software systems. Prepares, organizes, and compiles applications, registrations, surveys, mailing lists, financials, sign-in sheets, and other reports and operations manuals as needed.
- Handles the division's office communication and will represent the division in internal and external meetings, events, etc. Acts as a liaison and attends outside events on the division's behalf. Develops strong relationship with the business, community resource partners; and is familiar with external sources of business assistance to facilitate productive student referrals.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree and two years of experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience. (Note: a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years.)

Anticipated Salary Range
Anticipated starting salary in the low $40,000's, commensurate with education and experience.
