Job Title: CNC Morning Shift Line Lead

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled CNC Morning Shift Line Lead to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the CNC production line, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the morning shift CNC production line, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks

- Train, mentor, and guide CNC machine operators, providing support and assistance as needed

- Monitor and maintain the quality of products produced, ensuring adherence to company standards and specifications

- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to address and resolve any production issues

- Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe and clean work environment for all team members

- Continuously evaluate and improve production processes, identifying areas for increased efficiency

- Maintain accurate records of production data, including machine performance, product output, and employee performance

- Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing updates on production progress and any issues that arise

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in CNC machining is preferred

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a CNC production environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role

- Strong knowledge of CNC programming, machine operation, and tooling

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team

- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Flexibility to work morning shifts, 4:00am to 12:30pm, and occasional overtime as needed
