Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team. As a Cashier/Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and promoting our products to customers. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment. Duties: - Greet customers and assist them with their purchases - Process sales transactions using cash registers or point-of-sale systems - Provide product information and demonstrate features through product demos - Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales events - Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise - Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets Skills: - Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive shopping experience - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions - Organizational skills to maintain a tidy cashier area and merchandise displays - Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, to assist diverse customers - Knowledge of retail math concepts for calculating discounts, taxes, and change - Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to explain product features to customers - Previous experience in jewelry sales is a plus Join our team as a Cashier/Sales Associate and enjoy competitive pay, flexible scheduling options, and opportunities for career growth. Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
