The ideal candidate:
- Is a dedicated self-starter that has the ability to interface and coordinate with other project team members.
- Has strong organizational skills.
- Is detail oriented.
- Can problem solve and work with limited supervision.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform in-depth Structural Engineering design, analysis, and application of building codes for structural systems for projects throughout the United States.
- Creation of project construction documents (drawings and editing specifications) with AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Construction administration which includes shop drawing review and approval.
- Field inspections.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (BSCE) from an ABET accredited Civil Engineering program, Master's Degree (MSCE) is preferred.
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit is strongly desired.

As a member of our team, you will perform structural design for schools, museums, storage facilities, irrigation structures, retail, hotels, and restaurants. Your technical and project management skills will be honed by receiving mentorship from our Principal Engineers. You will be tasked to coordinate and communicate directly with our clients to develop projects from conceptual design into construction and final walk through. Be part of a team that will allow you to design and specify all structural components of a building – giving you a sense of ownership and accountability for the buildings within your community.
