Position Overview:
The Novelis North America team is seeking a Strategy Planning & Business Integration Intern/Co-op!
Responsibilities & QualificationsResponsibilities:
- Data loading and data analytics of strategic plan, new product introduction projects
- Support management of new product introduction projects (R&D, Tech. Dev., etc.)
- Document and organize existing and newly implemented processes
- Standardize and improve content and storage organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science major (required)
- c/o 2025, 2026 or 2027 (rising Sophomore, Junior or Senior, Grad Students)
- 1-2 experience with MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, etc. (required)
- Advanced experience with MS Excel and coding background with the ability to use Python (required)
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (preferred, not required)
- Understanding of Relational Database
- Attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of data management for pricing
- Understanding of how digital software/solutions (e.g., Salesforce, pricing software, etc.) can help enable enhanced decision-making
- Understanding of how a business-to-business company operates and prices products
- Understanding of how a manufacturing company operates

The Internship Program will begin May 20, 2024, and will end no later than August 9, 2024.
Physical presence is required at the job location in Atlanta, GA to train and perform in a collaborative, learning environment. Housing and relocation support will be provided for interns/co-ops if the school they attend, or their permanent home is beyond a commutable distance.
