Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Business Excellence Manager/Sr. Manager. This role is pivotal in driving coordination, communication, accountability, and execution of key company wide priorities. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Business Excellence
The ideal candidate will have an outstanding combination of emotional intelligence, operations & administration, project management, and executive presence. This role requires the ability to orchestrate many competing priorities while also being able to zoom into and out of details quickly to steer critical initiatives cross-functionally.
This role will work alongside the Sr. Director of Business Excellence and interact on a regular basis with the leaders across Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and other key businesses. This role requires a balance of leadership and influence skills, strategic project management, and core execution excellence to support the strategic and operational needs of the company.
Responsibilities
- Shape and drive strategic initiatives and complex cross-functional projects through thoughtful planning and stakeholder alignment.
- Provide strategic guidance to internal stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations to inform key business decisions. Act as a trusted advisor in driving organizational excellence.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, monitor progress, and mitigate risks to achieve project outcomes.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop actionable insights to inform decision-making processes.
- Interact regularly with leaders and teams across Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and other key business areas to drive progress on critical leadership priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree required; Master's degree (MBA) a plus
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in finance, technology, or management consulting industries.
- Self-starter who can seek out needs and information with limited direction; ability to "figure it out".
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- High tolerance for ambiguity, complexity, and changing priorities.
- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives and ability to simplify processes and systems.
Salary Range: $
The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate's expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.
