Job description
• Lead the global coordination of SDS initiatives around Employee Engagement and inclusion and diversity • Lead SDS Rewards and Recognition programs • Help support and coordinate implementation of key People programs (Rotations, job opportunities, Employee Survey initiatives etc) • Manage the coordination of overall logistics for the engagement events • Create and manage event assets to support the events • Manage team collaboration and knowledge management tools to optimize team workflows and efficiencies • Partner with internal and external resources to ensure alignment of messaging and coordination of processes for timely execution • Provide frequent and clear communications regarding project status to key stakeholders while raising potential issues or key decisions needed to ensure successful project delivery • Produce or coordinate the creative development and production of the assets needed to support each program • Review past projects and results to identify wins/learnings for business process improvements and influence internal change management • Ensure key metrics are collected, understood and acted upon appropriately
